Our Response to COVID-10
During this challenging time for our nation, we want you to know that we are here, ready to serve our communities and our clients. However, because we value your well-being and our own, we have made some changes to the way we will be conducting business in both Chattanooga and Crossville.
We understand that a crisis like this can cause hardships and anxiety for many people, and we hope that you are taking the necessary precautions to stay healthy and well. We also know that this is a time when you may want to take care of making sure you have a proper financial power of attorney, healthcare directive, or other estate planning documents in place. We are also available to consult with you for any estate planning or estate administration needs. So we have put in place the following procedures:
Telephone or video conference meetings are available
Our offices are sanitized every morning and after every in-person meeting
Appointments can be scheduled through on line and forms can be completed and submitted on line
Forms can also be mailed or emailed to you and returned to us by email or fax
However, some things have to be done in person. The signing of your documents with witnesses and a Notary Public present will still be done in the office. But we will keep a recommended distance as you sign the documents.
Be assured that no one at the Estate Planning Center, including our families, is displaying any symptoms of COVID-19. If you have any symptoms - fever, coughing, shortness of breath - please contact your healthcare professional, but don't come to our office. Our prayer is that all of you remain healthy.
